There are experiences that have the ability to rewind, to transport you to moments long forget and one of those things is music; with a few beats, a few words, music makes you transcend. Just like the sun up in the sky, it is timeless.

I was made to remember this writing because out of nowhere YouTube suggested TLC’s Unpretty and Janet Jackson’s Got til’ its gone. I was in that moment transport to myself lying on the roof of my home, headsets on and drawing in the sky. Damn, music is a gift.
